Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing the website https://www.femluma.store (the "Site") and purchasing our digital guide. By using our Site and purchasing our products, you ("User" or "You") agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. We offer a digital guide (the "Product") which will be delivered to you via email and made available for download immediately upon successful payment.

By purchasing the Product, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works based on the Product.

• Resell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise commercialize the Product.

• Remove any copyright notices or other proprietary notices from the Product.

• Use the Product for any unlawful or inappropriate purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content presented on the Site and within the Product, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and audio materials, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and Ukraine. 5. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All payments for the Product are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). By purchasing our Product, you agree to the terms and conditions of Paddle's services, which are available on their website. We do not collect or store your payment information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and Product are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties that:
